Blintz Soufflé Recipe
  • 1 package (13 oz.) Golden Brand frozen blintzes (cheese or fruit)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an appropriate size deep baking pan.  Place the contents of a package of Golden Brand frozen blintzes on bottom of pan.  Put rest of ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.  Pour over blintzes.  Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 F for 35 to 45 minutes, or until puffy and brown.
