Apple Cinnamon & Raisin Crepes with Caramel Mascarpone

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 Golden Apple Cinnamon & Raisin Crepes from Old Fashioned Kitchen
  • 1 teaspoon butter, for warming crepes
  • 1/3 cup sautéed diced apples
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for sautéing apples
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup whipped mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup chopped candied pecans
  • Dash of ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Warm the Apple Cinnamon & Raisin Crepes in a medium skillet over low to medium heat with 1 teaspoon butter until lightly browned.
  2. Alternatively, heat in a 325°F oven for about 8 minutes or microwave for about 45 seconds.
  3. Transfer warmed crepes to the desired serving dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix whipped mascarpone with 2 tablespoons caramel sauce until fully combined.
  5. Top the crepes with the caramel mascarpone mixture.
  6. In a small skillet, sauté diced apples in 1 tablespoon butter and let cool slightly.
  7. Add the apples over the crepes.
  8. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
  9. Finish with chopped candied pecans and a dusting of cinnamon.
