Gluten Free Mini Potato Pancakes

Fresh Potatoes, Fresh Onions, Rice Flour, Water Canola Oil, Whole Eggs, Egg Whites, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Yeast, Sugar, Modified Cellulose Gum, Cornstarch, Psyllium Powder, White Pepper.

Conventional or Toaster Oven:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet or aluminum foil. Heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Skillet:

Apply cooking oil or butter to skillet. Heat frozen pancakes at MEDIUM setting. Heat approximately 3 minutes on each side.

Air Fryer:

Place frozen pancakes in the air fryer basket and spread in an even layer, do not overlap. Air fry at 390°F for 5 to 6 minutes.
