Sunny Side Up Crepes

A buttery crepe shell surrounds an over-easy egg and is served with prosciutto, green peas, and Asiago cheese for a quick savory breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 Old Fashioned Kitchen 6-inch or 8-inch Crepe Shell
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • Fresh green peas, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly shredded Asiago cheese
  • Butter, for warming the crepe

Directions

  1. Heat the crepe shell on a griddle with a small amount of butter until lightly browned.
