Crispy Crepe Dessert

  • Old Fashioned Kitchen Plain Crepe Shells
  • 1 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  •  1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  •  2 – 8oz. Mascarpone Cheese
  •  1 1/2 cup Lemon Curd
  • Fabbri Amerena Cherries (wild Italian cherries in syrup)

Lemon Mascarpone Cream Directions:

  1. Whip heavy cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and lemon curd until blended
  3. Fold whipped cream into cheese and curd mixture

Crispy Crepe Shells Directions:

  1. Line sheet pan with Parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray
  2. Bake in a convection oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
  3. Rest crepes shells and allow to cool and crisp

Assemble Directions:

  1. Layer Crepe Crisps with Lemon Mascarpone Cream and one single Amarena cherry, and repeat 3-4 times
  2. Top with fruit garnish of choice and Amarena cherry syrup
