- 1 package Golden potato blintzes (frozen)
- 1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- Dash Italian seasoning (to taste)
- 2 oz. mozzarella cheese
In skillet, cook blintzes as directed on package. Reduce heat. Spoon sauce over and around blintzes; sprinkle with seasoning. Slice the mozzarella cheese into 6 strips and arrange on top of blintzes. Cover pan and heat until sauce is hot and cheese melts. Enjoy!
