Blintz Suzette


  • 1 package Golden fruit blintzes (frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons brandy


In skillet, cook blintzes as directed on package; remove and keep warm. Add 3 tablespoons butter to skillet; stir in sugar, juice and liqueur. Simmer until slightly thickened. Return blintzes to skillet; spoon sauce over blintzes. Add brandy; heat. Carefully light with match. Serve when flame dies. Enjoy!
