Brunch Blintzes


  • 1 package Golden (cherry, blueberry, or apple) blintzes (frozen)
  • Prepared instant vanilla pudding
  • rum extract (to taste)
  • chopped nuts (to taste)
  • fresh mint (optional, for garnish)


In skillet, cook blintzes as directed on package; remove and keep warm. Add rum extract to pudding. Top blintzes with rum sauce, chopped nuts, and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
