- 1 large onion
- 3 cups of fresh mushrooms
- 1 TS olive oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper
- 1 TS garlic salt (or fresh garlic)
- Garnish: fresh parsley
1 Package of Golden potato blintzes. Slice onion and mushrooms. In a medium-sized frying pan, heat oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Add onions. Sautee onions until soft; add mushrooms and stir.
Pour on top of blintzes. Add parsley for garnish.
