Preheat oven to 350º. Place frozen blintzes in a lightly oiled medium sized baking dish. Spread cherry filling evenly on top of frozen blintzes. In a separate bowl blend together flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon. Mix until it makes a crumb topping, sprinkle mixture on top of cherries and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
