Skillet:

Apply cooking oil or butter to skillet. Heat over medium flame. Turn occasionally until all sides are browned and product is cooked through to center.

Conventional Oven:

Preheat at 400°F cook for 10 minutes one side, turn over cook an additional 3 Minutes.
